Wisconsin Author, Amanda K, will be here to share her new book with you!
If you are “sober-curious”—if you have ever wondered what it would be like to stop drinking, if you ever wondered if you are “bad enough,” this book is for you.
If you are someone on a sober journey, this book is for you. Amanda wants you to know that you are not alone. She wants you to know that your experiences and struggles and thoughts and emotions and triumphs are valid, and she wants to struggle and celebrate together.
If you are a loved one of someone struggling with addiction, or a loved one trying to support someone on a sober journey, this book is also for you.
This book will take you on a journey from the day Amanda admitted she needed to do something to fix her drinking problem and the thousand days after. Follow her journey through a lens of transparency and vulnerability as she recounts the emotions, the struggles, the lessons, and the triumphs of being on a sober mission.
Amanda K is an author, speaker, and sober champion who has called Wisconsin home for the past nine years. She has a creative writing degree from Marshall University and a Master's in Education from Franciscan University of Steubenville. She has dreamed of being a published author since the age of 10, and Comma Day is the realization of that lifelong dream. When not writing, she enjoys being near water (especially Lake Michigan), hiking (she is currently trying to complete 40 hikes in a year), competitive puzzling, and volunteering.
