Screenwriting 101

Screenwriting 101

This workshop will introduce writers and film enthusiasts to essential techniques used in script composition so that they may have the tools to begin their own. We will discuss the written structure of the genre and explore how writers use language in creative, unique ways to make their story visual art. We will examine models from a broad spectrum of film archetypes—from drama to romance to science fiction. Included with festival passes or $5 suggested donation.
