Shannon Schuren is the critically acclaimed author of The Virtue of Sin, Where Echoes Lie, and the forthcoming Water in Her Veins, August 2025. A former children’s librarian, she now works as the program coordinator for the Sheboygan County Literacy Council, a non-profit that helps adults learn to read, write, and speak English. Her short stories have appeared in various journals such as Toasted Cheese Literary Journal, Big Pulp, and Ellery Queen Mystery Magazine.
